Seth launched Ultra Architects Inc. in 2023 to redefine how architecture supports business strategy and the built environment. With over a decade of experience across the architecture and real estate industries, his work spans workplace, life science, R&D, fitness, retail, education, healthcare, and capital improvement projects throughout the Bay Area.

Rooted in design-build experience and client-side advisory, Seth brings a 360° perspective to every engagement—combining the creativity of an architect with the strategic insight of an owner’s representative. His approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and partnership from the earliest planning discussions through project completion.
